Erica Sedlander is the Project Coordinator for the Social and Emotional Aspects of Abortion Study. Prior to joining the ANSIRH team, Ms. Sedlander organized and field directed an education-based service trip to Haiti and the Dominican Republic. She received her BA in sociology and Latin American studies from the University of California Santa Cruz. During her year studying abroad, she worked closely with physicians in rural Argentina providing reproductive health services to underserved women. She plans to pursue her MPH at UC Berkeley this fall 2011 with a concentration in Health and Social Behavior.
